We inspect the property after each departure to identify any issues. If damage is found, we handle the claim directly with the platform (Airbnb) so you can recover the cost through the guest’s guarantee policies.

We can offer the Essential Plan for any property regardless of its location. The Premium Plan is currently available for properties located in Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, and surrounding areas. If your property is in a different location, please contact us and we’ll evaluate your case.
